Established in 2024 by Heinrich Stander and Warrick Plymin, we seek to convert the momentum of our 15-year working partnership and 47-year combined experience into purpose-driven effort, delivering meaningful impact for clients whilst shaping a team culture that makes collaborating with us an enjoyable experience for everyone along the journey.

In 2025, Nikeesh Prasad and Leon de Beer joined as Associate Director and Technical Director, strengthening our leadership team. Our four directors know each other very well and have been working together for the last eight years.

Nikeesh has delivered an extensive portfolio of mass-engineered timber projects in Australia, enhancing our capability in timber and sustainable structural solutions. Leon adds deep experience in mid- to high-rise buildings and data centres, with a strong focus on constructability and supply chain integration—ensuring designs that are practical, efficient, and innovative.
